Simply click on the "remote" button.

[>] Click "Run"

[>] Give the Texarkana IT Technican the session ID and password.

[>] The Texarkana IT Technician will now be able to troubleshoot your system's problems.

Once the Technician disconnects from your system the session is closed and nobody can access your computer again unless you repeat the steps to grant access to another remote session. No software is installed on your computer as the utility runs entirely out of your system's cache.
