Hawk Fabrication and Machine is a division of Hawk Installation and Construction, Inc. located in Jefferson, Texas. Hawk-Fab is an ASME Section VIII DIV.1 shop with R and U stamp certifications.
Hawk-Fab's fabrication capabilities include plate rolling, plate bending, CNC patterned cuts, and all phases of vessel, structural, and piping fabrications.
Hawk-Fab's machining capabilities include two large boring mills that can hold up to 26,000 lb weldments, engine lathes, CNC lathes, CNC machining center, key seaters, Bridgeport mills, and roll grinders.
Hawk-Fab's millwright shop has the capabilities to do complete hydraulic cylinder rebuilds and test the cylinders on a hydraulic testing table before shipping the cylinder back to be installed.
Hawk-Fab's millwright shop also offers complete gearbox repairs/rebuilds on small and large gearboxes.
